It was decided to support the 2209-A University Students Research project titled “Determination of Toxicological Properties of Moldy Cheese Specific to Erzurum Region on Human Fibroblast Cells” presented by Abdurrahim KADI, one of our students, Molecular Biology and Genetics Department.

Within the scope of the project whose advisor is Assist. Prof. Mehmet Enes ARSLAN, evaluation of the toxicological effects of moldy cheese produced and consumed high amount in Erzurum region.  In the project, it is aimed to analyze the total isolation of moldy cheeses with the content of water-soluble mold and cheese, and to determine the synergistic effects on human health by molecular techniques.
