Within the scope of the Activity of the Week, a conference "The Factors Affecting Motivation in Education" organized by Gene Actuel Club was held in the conference hall of our faculty. The dean of our faculty Prof. Dr. Umit INCEKARA, our academicians, and students attended the conference presented by Prof. Dr. Mustafa SOZBILIR from the Faculty of Educational Science, Ataturk University.

At the end of the event discussed effective working methods for success, dreams of the future and application examples in making these dreams come true, motivational factors and etc., the Dean Prof. Dr. Umit INCEKARA presented a plaque to Prof. Dr. Irfan KAYMAZ for his presentation and contributions.
