The training is carried out every week  in cooperation with Erzurum İŞKUR  Provincial Directorate and Erzurum Technical University Career Planning Application and Research Center in KARPAM training hall with new groups. Participating students in the Life Center training hall for 5 days were trained about topics such as occupational and personality tests, background preparation, career goals setting, job search skills development, body language and communication, before and after the interview needs to be considered, frequently asked questions during the interview and nterview techniques. In addition to theoretical informations, participants were given one-on-one interviews with employers.
